How to configure webhooks in Thrive Learning

Instructions on how to configure real-time webhooks in Thrive Learning:

  1. Create Unified webhooks for the objects you want (lms_content, lms_course, lms_student, hris_employee, lms_activity).
  2. Thrive webhooks must be configured in the Thrive application.
  3. Ask your customer to contact their Thrive admin or implementation team to set up the relevant subscriptions:
    1. user_subscription (for students/employees)
    2. content_subscription (for content/courses)
    3. completion_subscription (for activity)
  4. Point each subscription URL at your the Unified workspace webhook URL: https://api.unified.to/webhook/workspace/thrive?workspace_id=YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID&connection_id=YOUR_CONNECTION_ID. Change the Unified API URL for different regions
