Last month, we talked about being the fastest unified API platform to ship new integrations. This month, we shipped our 200th integration. Introducing: unified Task Management API

We released our Task Management API this month! Access your customers' project and task data from the top task management applications through a single API.

Our unified Task Management API initially supports:

  • Asana
  • Cascade
  • ClickUp
  • GitHub
  • Jira
  • Linear

Example use cases:

  • Build an AI algorithm that analyzes task attributes like dates, priority levels, and workload distribution to automatically prioritize tasks.

AI foundations: unified Ticketing API

If you're building an AI application, we have foundational API categories that can help differentiate your AI agent, assistant, or insights application with real-time customer data that's been meticulously cleaned and structured. Those include: File Storage, Messaging, Task Management, KMS & Help Center, and Ticketing.

We've recently enhanced our Ticketing API with new integrations:

  • Intercom

  • Zendesk

Example use cases:

Enhancement: unified KMS and Help Center API

We introduced our unified Knowledge Management System (KMS) API in May, featuring pre-built integrations with Notion, Confluence, Guru, and Coda. These systems provide access to your customers' institutional knowledge, such as meeting notes, project documents, and employee handbooks. We've since expanded this API to include Help Center data, enabling access to your customers' support knowledge.
