With Unified.to, you no longer need to manage multiple vendor APIs, payload formats, or authentication flows. Our Verification API standardizes requests and results across providers, so you can integrate checks into your product in days, not months.

What You Can Verify
Verification covers a broad set of checks across industries:
- Driver's licenses — Confirm validity and infractions in a specific region.
- Passports — Verify authenticity and identity.
- Criminal background checks — Screen candidates for prior offenses.
- Employment and education history — Confirm past roles and degrees.

Each provider offers packages — bundles of checks such as "criminal + employment history." With Unified, you can list available packages, request one with candidate details (name, email, license number), and receive a pass/fail result with reasons (e.g., ‘license expired in June 2024, Ontario').

Verification workflows align naturally with candidate and employee lifecycle stages:
