ATS Activity's new Sub Type field

We have added another field to the ATS Activity schema: sub_type . While the type field is an enum with values NOTE, TASK and EMAIL, the sub_type field is a freeform string and can contain any value.

The field is used to denote a sub type of the specified type and is currently only supported on JobAdder and BullHorn.

For JobAdder, which supports all 3 unified types, the following sub-types are usually supported:

• WhatsApp SMS
• Phone call
• Email sent
• Email received
• Internal Interview
• Request further information
• Client Interview
• References
• Transcripts / Certificates
• Status Change
• Resume Submitted
• Left Message
• Offer
• SMS

For BullHorn, which only supports the NOTE type, these are the usual sub types supported:

• Attempted Contact
• Coordination
• QC
• Sourcing
• Candidate Call
• Candidate Interview
• General Intel
• Actionable Intel
• Unqualified Lead
• MPC
• Business Development
• Client MeetingPitch
• Reference Check
• Email
• Other
