Webhook & streaming improvements

  • JustCall: Added virtual webhooks (created, updated) for the Contact object.
  • Salesforce: Added virtual webhooks (created, updated) for Page.
  • CATS, Loxo, Rev Sport, Gladly: Expanded webhook coverage across Candidate, Company, Job, Application, Employee, Call, and Contact objects.
  • Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, 8x8: Added virtual webhooks (created, updated) for Recording and Event objects.
  • Google Meet & Calendar: Expanded native + virtual webhook support for Event, Calendar, and Recording objects.

Virtual webhooks continue to provide the same real-time event model even when vendors don't offer native hooks—Unified manages polling, retries, and change detection under the hood.

Objects, methods & fields

  • Paychex: Employee object now supports native webhooks (created, updated, deleted) plus pagination.
  • Salesforce: Added Page and Space objects with list + get methods.
  • JustCall: New Contact object with full CRUD methods.
  • Gladly: Added Recording, Call, and Contact objects with list, get, create, update, remove.
  • CATS: Added Applicationstatus, Application, Activity, and Document objects, with full CRUD support across Candidate, Company, Job, and Application.
  • Workday: New writable fields for Activity, Application, and Job objects.
  • NetSuite: Expanded slow_fields pagination support across 20+ objects (Account, Contact, Employee, Invoice, Order, etc.).
  • Trello: Added CRUD methods for Project, Task, and Comment.
  • OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, Mistral, DeepSeek, Anthropic Claude, Groq, AnyScale, X.ai Grok: Expanded Model + Embedding coverage across generative AI providers.
  • Slack, Outlook, Gmail: Message object gained new fields (is_unread, parent_id, updated_at, has_children).
  • Zoom: Recording object now includes created_at, updated_at.

  • Expanded pagination, query, and filter support across:
    • NetSuite (20+ objects)
    • Loxo (Company, Job, Event)
    • Gladly (Call, Contact, Recording)
    • Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Slack (Message object: parent_id, expand, date filters)

These expansions improve reliability at scale for high-volume platforms like NetSuite, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
