# August 2025 product updates

Last month, we launched new integrations across HR, ticketing, CRM, and LMS; expanded webhook and [pagination](/docs/reference/pagination) coverage; and delivered [key MCP upgrades](https://docs.unified.to/mcp) for endpoint coverage, new models, and EU data-region support.


## Unified MCP updates

- **Full endpoint coverage** for every integration's API.
- **New models**: support added for **x.ai Grok** and **Groq**.
- **Aliases improvement** for cleaner tool descriptions and better LLM matching.
- **Multi-region support**: [MCP](/mcp) now runs in **US, EU, and AU data-centers**.
- **Prompt upgrades**: `mcp_url` support across OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Groq, and Gemini (Gemini also adds `temperature`; Cohere adds `tokens_used`).

These upgrades strengthen security, performance, and model compatibility while keeping all data real-time and pass-through (no storage).


## New integrations


We were busy in August with 41 new integrations launched.

- **Authentication / Identity:** Adobe Sign, Airtable, Reddit Ads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Twilio, Snapchat, Airwallex, DigitalOcean, Figma, Spotify, SurveyMonkey
- **HR & Directory / ATS:** Microsoft Intune (also Authentication), Certn, Checkr, First Advantage, Yardstik, Verifiable, UKG Pro, UKG Pro ATS, Clover
- **Ticketing / ITSM:** Atlassian Service Desk
- **CRM / Marketing:** AWeber, Rev Sport
- **LMS / Calendar:** SAP SuccessFactors (LMS), Fathom (Calendar + HR)
- **Productivity / Developer:** 1Password (Events), Aha!, Canva, Wayfair, Telegram, Threads, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok

## Webhook & streaming improvements

- **Native [webhooks](/blog/replacing_polling_with_unified_webhooks_and_virtual_streams)**: Checkr added `created/updated/deleted` across Candidate, Request, and Package.
- **Virtual webhooks**: Expanded 'created/updated' event coverage across HR, ATS, CRM, and messaging platforms — including BambooHR, QuickBooks, Jira, and more. Virtual webhooks provide the same event interface when vendors lack native events—while Unified still fetches data live from the source.

## Objects, methods & fields

- Microsoft 365 suite: Employee object now supports full CRUD.
- Recruit Wizard: New Event, Contact, and Company objects.
- QuickBooks + Sage: File objects with attachment support.

## Pagination & filters


Expanded pagination and filtering across hundreds of endpoints, improving real-time reliability for high-volume systems like Jira, BambooHR, QuickBooks, and Xero.
